  1.  Next Sunday, we will be having a special Mass at 10 a.m. to Thank God for the wonderful workers that we have at our Church. We will also be releasing a special Bulletin dedicated to our Workers. 
  2. Forms for the First Holy Communion to be held on the 2nd Jan, 2011 are now  available at our Reception Counter. 
  3. The Senior Citizen Association will be having their Annual Mass on 29th April at 6.00p.m. followed by a get-together. Cards will be available at the Church Reception counter this Monday and Tuesday from 6 – 7 p.m. 
  4.  In the month of May, Weekday Masses at our church will be at 6:30 a.m., 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. We would like to remind you that St. Andrews Church, has masses at 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. The evening mass at our church will be at 7:15 p.m. as unusual.  Mass intentions  offered for the 6:00 and 6:45 a.m. masses in May will be offered at the 6:30 a.m. Mass. 
  5. Bulletin distributors are requested to pick up their sets of Bulletins from this Monday. Please distribute them only after the 2nd May.

  1.  The Senior Citizen Association will be having Their Annual Thanksgiving Mass on 29th April followed by a get-together. Enrolled members are requested to collect the Entry Pass from their Area Reps or the Church Reception on 26th & 27th April from 6 – 7 p.m. They will also be having their Housie session this Thursday in Our Lady’s Room at 5.30 p.m. All are welcome. 
  2. Please look up the notices board for registration to the N.I.O.S. for girls at the St. Joseph’s High School, Bandra.
    You are also reminded that Admissions to Stanislaus N.I.O.S for boys are also open. 
  3.  The last date to register for the SPY Youth Camp to Khandala is this Tuesday. No registrations will be accepted after that. 
  4. Those interested in attending    our Summer Parish   Family Holiday camps at our St.Stanislaus Villa, Lonavala, are requested to pick up a form from the Church reception counter. 
  5. The Y.S.S. will be conducting their Annual Summer Club from 1st – 31st  May, 2010. 
  6. Please look up the Notice Board for a notice of  the ‘Senior Citizen’s Organisation of Railway employees’. 
  7. The total collection for the Holy Week Services was Rs.3,76,060/-  and the  total expenses during Holy Week was Rs.1,96,470/-.

  1. This year  we will have our Summer ‘Vacation Bible Joy’ for children from the 19th to 24th April. Please register at the reception counter latest by 15th April. 
  2. Admissions to St. Stanislaus Stepping Stone (N.I.O.S.) are now open.  Registration Forms are available at the NIOS office on the 3rd floor. 
  3. Forms for the First Holy Communion to be held on the 2nd Jan 2011 are now available at our Reception counter. 
  4.  Advocates will render Free Assistance this Tuesday from 7.30 p.m. in the church Parlour 
  5. We will have our 30 minutes ‘Searching the Scripture’ session this Tuesday after the evening mass. 
  6.  A Scrabble session will be held on the 17th April from 4.30 p.m. onwards at the Mini Hall. 
  7. The Y.S.S. will be conducting their Annual Summer Club from 1st – 31st May, 2010. 
  8. Our Parish Keystone Bulletins for April are kept in the boxes recently fixed  near  6 of our Church doors. Parishioners of other parishes  may pick a copy. 
  9. Please look up the Notice Board for  The St. Joseph’s Convent Ex-students Association for the Fusion Food Cooking Contest on 17th April from 4.30 p.m. onwards.

4th April 2010

  1.   The Masses on Easter Sunday will  be as of Sunday. There will be no evening mass.
    o          If you do not have the Easter Family prayer, you may pick up a copy from the Sacristy.
    o          Eucharistic Ministers are requested  to pick up ‘Easter Eggs’ from the Sacristy to distribute to the House bound. 
  2.  Next Sunday being the feast of ‘Divine Mercy’, we will have the ‘Divine Mercy Chaplet’ recited immediately after evening Mass from the 7th to the 8th April. 
  3.  To evaluate and plan our parish course ahead, we will have a half day session -  ‘Disha 2010’ next Sunday morning at 10 a.m. at the St Joseph Convent Hall. About a 100 of us will meet according to our Parish Key concerns, Age group focus and other  priority groups. We request you to pray for the success of this meeting.  
  4. This year our Parish Summer fiesta ‘Splash’ will be held on 29th and 30th May.  The Theme this year is on our Environmental Responsibility. Those of you who would like to help organise or give ideas for the same are invited to a meeting on Monday, 5th April at 7:30 p.m. in the Church Parlour.

  8.  Since there is a lot of congestion  at the Main Gate  which leads to the St. Peters Square, we request all those coming by Rickshaws to stop at ‘Gate 2’, that is the one near the Grotto.
    Those of you who find it difficult to walk may bring the Rickshaw down the slope which has been built at ‘Gate 2’ and go right up to the Ramp at the side entrance of the Church.

  10. Scrabble-playing sessions this month will be held on the 10th and 17th April  at the Mini Hall. Senior Citizens are especially encouraged to attend. 
  11. The Mahindra & Mahindra Company will be organising a Career Guidance Programme for 10th – 12th Std students at the St. Joseph Convent School, Bandra, from 8:30 a.m. on Saturday 10th April.  Pleases register at our Parish Reception counter or come to the venue directly. 
  12. You are invited to an Awareness programme on NA Taxes, Tax on leased properties and other related issues at the Apostolic Carmel School on 11th April at 10:30 a.m..
