St. Peter's Church
27th November 2011
    1.  The St. Peter’s Health Cell is offering a whole body Ultrasonography to Senior Citizens on Sunday, 11th December from 8am till 12.30 pm. Please register at the Centre between 5 and 7 pm from Monday to Friday. 
    2. The Senior Citizens will have their Christmas Part on Thursday, 15th December at 6 pm at the Backyard Lawns. Enrolled members may collect their passes from their area representatives or from the Parish Reception from 1st December between 6 and 7 pm. 
    3. To prepare for the feast of St. Francis Xavier, we will have a Triduum from 30th November till 2nd December after the 7.15 pm Mass. 
    4. Please see the Notice Board for the following:
      a.            Performance by the Indian Naval Orchestra at St. Andrew’s Auditorium on 21st November.
      b.            Praise and Worship concert by the members of Socorro Foundation on Sunday, 4th December at our Church after the 6 pm Mass.
      c.             A get-together for all eligibles with a view to marriage at Good Shepherd Convent, Andheri on Sunday, 11th December from 9 am to 5 pm.
      d.            Parish Outreach at St. Theresa’s School grounds from 8th to 11th December.
      e.            “Rewind” the St. Joseph’s Convent High School Ex-students’ reunion on 18th December. 
    5. First Anniversary Masses:

      20th November 2011
      1. The New Revised Liturgy will come into effect next Sunday which is the First Sunday of Advent. 
      2. The St. Peter’s Health Cell is offering a whole body Untrasonagraphy to Senior Citizens on Sunday, 11th December from 8am till 12.30 pm. Please register at the Centre between 5 and 7 pm from Monday to Friday. 
      3. The Family Cell is organising an Interactive session titled “Family and Marriage” by Ms Olga Netto on 26th November at 7 pm in Our Lady’s room. All are welcome. 
      4. The Senior Citizens will have their fun and fellowship housie on Thursday, 24th November at 5.30 pm in Our Lady’s Room. All are welcome. 
      5. The Elco, D’monte Street and Alves Zones wish to thank all Parishioners for patronizing the food stalls. The total amount collected was Rs. 54,600 which will be sent to Ashagad.

      13th November 2011
      1. The New Revised Liturgy will come into effect on the First Sunday of Advent. We will begin practice for it before every Mass on Saturday and Sunday. We request you to kindly come five minutes before each Mass begins. 
      2. Junior Lectors will have a Recollection on Sunday, 13th November from 5 to 7 pm in Our Lady’s Room. All are expected to attend.
      3. The St. Peter’s Health Cell will conduct its Osteopenia (Bone Density) Camp on Sunday 20th November from 9 am till 12 noon. Registrations are being done at the Centre from Monday through Friday between 5 and 7 pm. 
      4. The feast of Christ the King will be celebrated on 20th November. We will have the hourly adoration Zone-wise after the 10 am Mass. This year four Parishes of the Bandra Deanery will come together for the final procession which will reach the back grounds of St. Stanislaus School at 6.30 pm. There will be only one evening Mass at 5 pm in English on that day. 
      5. Admission Forms for the St. Peter’s Jr. K.G. will be issued on Monday and Tuesday, 14th and 15th November from 9 to 11 am at the Treasurer’s Office. 
      6. There will be a session for youth on “Stress Management” on Sunday, 20th November from 11 am ti 1 pm in Our Lady’s room. All youth are encouraged to attend. 
      7. Deacon Assis Rodrigues SJ will be ordained a priest at Nallasopara on 19th November. Bus arrangements have been made for those who wish to attend. Kindly register at the Reception Counter latest by 14th November. Those who have already registered are requested to assemble in St. Peter’s Square at 12.30 pm. 
      8. The Hope and Life group will met on Wednesday, 16yj November at 5.30 pm.
