Easter Sunday is a time we traditionally announce all our Jesuit Transfers, so we are happy to inform you that we will have two new Jesuits joining us this June.

 

1.            Fr. Andrew Rodrigues, who will teach in the School and assist in the Parish.

2.            Br. Conrad Fonseca, who will work within the Jesuit Community and the Parish.

 

We also have some of us who are appointed to other Jesuit Communities:

1.            Fr. Joel Mascarenhas: He is being transferred to the Xavier’s Technical Institute Jesuit community, Mahim  where his work will be within the Community and the Campus institutions.

2.            Fr. Aloysius Murzello is appointed to the Uplat Community (near Talasari), where he will assist in teaching English and offer Warli Art Classes among other works of the community.

3.            Fr. Gerard Rodricks who is being transferred to the Holy Family Church and Community at Andheri, East.

 

Until we have a new superior appointed, Fr. Francis Juan will be the Acting Superior of our Jesuit Community and the Acting Parish Priest at St. Peters Church will be Fr. Benji Fernandes.

1.            All appointments to the parish are subject to the official appointment by Cardinal Oswald Gracias

2.            All these appointment will take effect on the 1st June 2010.
