Feast of St. Ignatius Loyola... This year the Jesuits celebrate a triple Jubilee. It is the 450th death anniversary of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits, & the 500th birth anniversary of St. Francis Xavier, the great missionary who came to India, and Blessed Peter Faber an expert at giving the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. All three were founding Fathers of the Society of Jesus. Please pray for Jesuits all over the world as they carry on their worldwide mission for God’s Greater Glory.
